1. Who we are

Twelve & Three ("we", "us") is an online store based in Brazil.

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund policy and Privacy policy.

2. An independent store

Twelve & Three is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Swatch, Audemars Piguet or Omega. Their brand and model names belong to them. We use those names only to describe the products we sell.

Straps and bracelets are compatible accessories.

3. Products

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another. The product page lists what is included.

Each strap is listed for a crown position: crown at 12 or crown at 3. Please check that it matches your watch before you order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page and at checkout. Your card is charged in the currency shown at checkout. If the site shows prices in another currency, your bank may add a conversion fee.

Payment is taken at checkout, which is run by Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.

If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you before it ships. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Offers and free items

Some offers add free items to an order, such as two free straps with each Royal Pop watch. Free items belong to the order and the item that unlocked them. Our Refund policy explains what happens to them when you make a return.

Discount codes can't be combined with the free-strap offer. We may change or end an offer at any time, but never for an order already placed.

6. Orders and cancellations

We email you a confirmation as soon as we receive your order. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if the item is out of stock, the price was wrong, or the payment looks fraudulent.

To cancel, contact us before your order ships. Once it has shipped, please use our return process instead.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free to every country we deliver to.

If a parcel is lost before it reaches you, we will replace or refund it. Once it is delivered to the address you gave us, it is in your care.

8. Returns, refunds and warranty

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, and every watch carries our 12-month warranty. The full terms are in our Refund policy. They never reduce the rights the consumer law of your country gives you.

9. Your account

If you create an account, keep access to it secure. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

10. Using this website

Please don't misuse the site. That means no attempts to break, overload or copy it in bulk, and no unlawful use. We may block access to anyone who does.

11. Our content

The text, photos, design and logo on this site belong to Twelve & Three or to those who licensed them to us. Please don't reuse them commercially without our permission. Other brands' names and trademarks belong to their owners.

12. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as customs holds or carrier strikes.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including your rights as a consumer.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data and how we use cookies.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protections of your own country's consumer law. You may also bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
